Refund Policy

Our goal is to provide services that benefit all our customers. We hope you are satisfied with each of your purchases. In some cases, you may wish to return certain items. Please read the return policy below and we will try our best to help you.

To qualify for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The product must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition (with a label attached. The final sale product cannot be returned or exchanged.
Note: In this case, we will not be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We accept returns. The customer has the right to apply for a return within 30 days after receiving the product. If 30 days have passed since the confirmed delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange.

If the package is returned to the warehouse due to the customer’s personal reasons (see below for details), we will contact you to repay the reissue postage (via PayPal) and arrange for the reissue. However, please understand that there will be no refund in this case.

Details of the customer’s personal reasons:
Wrong address/no consignee
Invalid contact method/delivery phone and email are unanswered
The package was not picked up by the deadline.

The refund will be processed within 7 working days after we receive your package. The refund will be returned to your original payment account using the original payment method. The refund process will take some time to process, thank you for your patience and understanding.
